At SYSTEM2C, we define our activities in four broad categories: Consulting, Product Development, Capacity Building, Applied R&D:
These activities symbiotically support each other with the aim of bringing services of high value to our clients. Our consulting activities support developing effective ideas for and design of product development. Both these add to the way we can support capacity building. These three activities and the background of our associates make it possible to carry out applied R&D. Our efforts in investing in applied R&D enable us to keep improving our activities.
Our consulting activities address design and analysis of coastal and offshore infrastructures, climate resilience and environmental processes. We provide quantitave estimation of coastal flood risk due to rising sea level in combination with fluvial discharge exacerbated by increased intensity of precipitation and/or storm surge with associated precipitation.
Our Product Development currently is aimed at developing specific products on bais of clients' demands. We work in two modes: (a) exclusive copyright to a single client, (b)shared usage at a reduced cost. We are open to discuss with you on your requirement of any product to enhance your competitiveness.
Our capacity building is designed and developed in consultation with the client. It has three legs: review of the institution and mapping the gaps in the capacity to meet the market or create new segment, developing a plan for organizational change, infrastructural (hard and soft) update and training. We have been part of capacity building for several organizations.
We invest in applied R&D in our commitment to keep enhancing the quality of our activities. This gives us the ability to undertake R&D to support our clients as well in meeting specific innovative and new themes.
